Folk music legend Peter Yarrow

FRIDAY 12/2/11- Iconic '60s folk trio Peter, Paul & Mary are known not just for their heart-warming style of music, but also for the group's message of humanity, hope, and activism, a message which transcends that transformative era in American history. Along with Lenny Lipton, Peter Yarrow wrote the beloved song and--now pop-up book Puff, the Magic Dragon. Peter is a Grammy winner and an Emmy nominee for his animated TV specials based on Puff. In addition to extensive touring and performing, Peter is active in Operation Respect, an organization that promotes anti-bullying awareness in schools across the country.
