(WEDNESDAY 5/25/11) In 1978, seven-year-old George Molho was kidnapped by his own father. For a year, he survived mental and physical abuse to the point of torture. George eventually escaped, but surviving the aftermath proved to be much more difficult.

What to do about overcrowded prisons
(TUESDAY 5/24/11) Prison overcrowding in California has gotten so bad that some inmates are now being put into cages the size of phone booths. Is it time for a frank discussion of what we should do with non-violent criminals who are involved in consensual crimes, such as drugs and prostitution?
