Hank Jr, ESPN, and the 1st Amendment

THURSDAY 10/6/11- Hank Williams Junior's association with ESPN has permanently ended after the sports network pulled his musical open to its telecast, following Williams' comparison of President Obama to Adolf Hitler. Williams claims ESPN's decision was a violation of his free speech rights, although he did not explain how a non-governmental entity would be able to suppress the 1st Amendment.
