MONDAY 12/19/11- Are there homes in your neighborhood that have been empty more than a year? Are there brand new homes without occupants? Should the banks renegotiate the mortgage loans so people that don't walk away from artificially high mortgages? Should empty homes be destroyed to increase the home values for the rest of the neighborhood?
