THURSDAY 1/12/12- The Supreme Court has been debating whether dirty words and nudity should be band on AM, FM and TV, while cable, the internet and satellite can do whatever they want. Meanwhile, the FCC policy on the matter seems to be arbitrary, at best. Has modern technology made censorship a pointless exercise?
